Jamie F. Levenseler

Jamie F. LevenselerJamie Levenseler joined the firm as an Associate in January of 2015. Jamie is a native of South Thomaston and continues to reside on Spruce Head Island. He has held a Maine lobster license since age 9 and lobstered full time between college and law school.

A 2004 graduate of Rockland District High School, he participated in soccer, basketball and tennis all four years, was elected to the National Honor Society and Senior Class President.

Jamie graduated with distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2008 and holds a B.S. in civil and environmental engineering as well as a minor in law and technology. During college, he spent a semester in China, working to improve information literacy at a high school in Hong Kong.

Presently, he is a member of the Maine Lobsterman’s Association and the Spruce Head Community Hall & Historical Association. Jamie has a strong interest in the local fishing community and supporting local community organizations. He lives in Spruce Head with his girlfriend Lora.

Jamie is a member of the Maine Bar Association and the Knox County Bar Association.
His legal practice focuses on real estate matters for buyers, sellers and lenders, landlord-tenant law, estate planning and probate/estate administration, business law, and tax law.
